What is GoGloby?
We are a US-based talent agency that helps tech companies find, validate, and hire the best tech and product talent within US time zones, in LatAm specifically.

How and when will I be charged?
GoGloby charges % of the annual talent salary when you confirm successful hiring. There is a 90-day trial period with a 100% refund, so if the candidate is fired or quits after working less than 90 days — our hiring fees are canceled, and you pay nothing. Alternately you can use our "Hire Now Pay Later" offer.

What is Hire Now Pay Later?
By giving you the freedom to hire the perfect candidate now and dividing the recruitment fee into monthly installments, we ensure that you receive a ‘return on investment on your new hire before paying the full fee. We won’t charge you the full fee if, at any point, you decide not to proceed with your new hire after the first couple of months.

We have a pretty tough selection process on our end. On average, only 1-2% of all candidates pass our internal selection process. All interviews are conducted by senior subject matter experts and tech leaders who are in a position to validate their expertise and knowledge.
